Women Who Code is the largest and most active community of engineers dedicated to inspiring women to excel in technology careers. We envision a world where women are representative as technical executives, founders, VCs, board members and software engineers. Our programs are designed to advance women to make a seat at those table in tech. Mentorship Program is an initiative by 'Women Who Code Delhi' to encourage and empower women in STEM. This is a 5-week program and each mentor will be paired with three or four mentees to foster their professional development and gain support in the field and workplace.
