WoW
WoW (World of Web), aims to unite communities, students, and developers under one roof. This occasion will serve as a platform for learning and collaborative project work with professionals in real time. It will assist newcomers in taking a step toward their technical careers.
Code of Conduct

Expected Behaviour:
● Respect all community members regardless of background, identity, or experience.
● Refrain from discrimination, harassment, or bullying in any form.
● Actively participate in community activities.
● Consider the impact of your words and actions.
● Foster open communication and constructive feedback.
● Abide by community policies and guidelines.
Unacceptable Behaviour:
● Harassment, discrimination, or bullying based on race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender,
age, religion, disability, etc.
● Derogatory or demeaning language or content.
● Sharing private or personal information without consent.
● Disrupting community events or online spaces.
● Non-compliance with community policies and guidelines.
Reporting:
● Report any violations to the community via email (contact@doingwow.in) or reach out to our POC through Socials { https://instagram.com/its.jaseem }.
● An anonymous reporting form will also be available to the community members.
● Contact the community for any concerns or uncertainty.
Consequences of Breaking the Code of Conduct:
● Violations will be considered promptly.
● Consequences may include but are not limited to, verbal or written warnings, suspension of
community privileges, or expulsion from the community.
● Repeat offenders will face more severe consequences.
● The community manager will determine the appropriate course of action based on the
circumstances of each case.
Transparency and Process:
● A transparent process for reporting, monitoring, and taking appropriate action will be in place.
● The process will be evident, impartial, and accessible to everyone in the community.
Training and Resources:
● Training, education, and resources will be provided to understand the code of conduct, rights, and community expectations.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:
● A specific person will be responsible for monitoring and addressing issues of diversity,
equity, and inclusion within the community.
● Members are encouraged to speak up when feeling underprivileged or marginalized.
By following this code of conduct, we aim to create a safe and inclusive community where everyone can feel welcome and valued.
