User Experience (UX) Research Volunteer

Key Responsibilities: 1.Plan, conduct, and analyze user research sessions, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing. 2.Gather and document user feedback to identify pain points, preferences, and areas for improvement in the user experience. 3.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into actionable recommendations. 4.Assist in the creation of user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to inform design decisions. 5.Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in UX research methodologies. Qualifications: 1.Strong interest in user experience design and research methodologies. 2.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3.Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset. 4.Familiarity with UX research tools and software (e.g., UserTesting, UsabilityHub, etc.) is a plus. 5.Prior experience or coursework in UX research is a plus.
