The main file of the Project that always runs first is the App.js as in ReactJS Project. 
The Project Structure of React Native looks like this-:

You can make changes to the project and see the changes in the real-time on your phone.

You can make the modifictaions and see the changes in the phone using this. But this requires internet connection to work.
