Defining the Timeline of Attack

The next page/slide of our case study describe the timeline of the cyberattack which includes the series of events leading up to the attack as well as events that happened after the attack was identified. It is in this section that we mention things such as who the attack identified the occurrence of an incident (or attack)? Detailed information about when and where the attack began?

The timeline is of different lengths for different attacks. There is no set limit to how long or short a particular cyberattack timeline should be. So, it is up to the writer of the case study to decide how many pages/slides he or she wants to include in his timeline section.

Here I have written Supply Chain Attack below the heading "Timeline". It is not compulsory to write it, however, it sometimes helps the viewers keep in mind the category of the attack. Some people prefer writing the name of the company or the title of the case study at this place. It's totally up to you to decide what you wish to write there or to leave it blank.
