Software Engineer under Mail Services team serving backend section of Outlook to power multiple outlook clients. Currently modernising the Outlook backend from Monolithic to Micro-service architecture.

- Solely designed and implemented a Voice Bot AI system to automate outbound calls to insurance agents for real-time verification of insurance coverage, benefits, and claims. - Enabled dynamic, real-time conversations, where the bot could understand and respond to agents’ queries, ask follow-up questions, and handle multi-turn dialogues without human intervention. - Coupled the bot with a SQL database, allowing real-time ingestion and storage of conversation data to ensure accurate tracking of responses and enable downstream processing. - Integrated GPT-based logic to intelligently detect and fill missing fields in the insurance records by analyzing context from the ongoing dialogue, enhancing data completeness and reducing manual data entry. - Ensured end-to-end automation of the verification workflow — from initiating calls, processing spoken responses, handling missing or incomplete data, to updating backend systems. - Resulted in significant operational efficiency gains, by replacing a traditionally manual process with a scalable, intelligent automation pipeline.

- Involved the migration of HireQuotient company data scraping system from Google search to Perplexity API, further enhanced with Google Gemini API( 8 Google calls->2 API calls with better accuracy and scalability) to retrieve missing information after parsing then used dynamic prompting and simultaneous output. – Benchmarking research done for 655 companies by different APIs Google search, Perplexity ,Gemini ,Perplexity+Gemini. – Overall services was developed in MERN with Google API, Perplexity API ,Google Gemini ,OpenAI GPT-4+GPT-3.5.

Taught a batch of more than 70 students for Data Structures and Algorithms and general problem solving to ace in placement interviews. Provided personal mentorship on growth and becoming an all rounder software engineer.

Part of M365 Groups Team and involved in overall migration of expiry renewal TBA(Time Based Assistant) for Groups on M365 backend architecture from Model A(Monolith) to Model B2(Microservice) architecture. - Modelled and migrated UpdateLastActivityTimeTask Time Based Assistant(TBA) for expiry renewal task from Model A(Monolith) to Model B2(Microservice) for Unified Groups(M365 Groups) various workloads and Substrate Architecture. - Worked on techstack C# ,.NET Framework, OOPS over large repos like GroupsCore(whole groups backend infrastructure), developed client dependencies for 4 new APIs ,entire new business logic ,whole design document regarding new infra, unit tests for client dependencies and overall business logic was developed and tested with code coverage of 99%.
