I started my professional career at Cliffex Solutions, where I worked as a Software Tester from September 2022 to March 2024. During this time, I worked on 20+ web and mobile applications across different domains, gaining hands-on experience in functional, API, GUI, acceptance, cross-browser, and mobile testing. This experience helped me develop a strong foundation in problem-solving, attention to detail, and understanding how real-world software products are built and tested.

Before moving into software testing, I worked at Globiva as an Inbound Customer Service Associate. This experience helped me develop strong communication, customer-handling, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Working directly with customers taught me how to understand different perspectives, handle challenging situations, and communicate clearly—skills that continue to help me in my professional and entrepreneurial journey.
