I worked on a range of SaaS projects from risk management web app to system health monitor. I was responsible for conducting user research, developing wireframes, prototyping in Figma, and collaborating closely with developers to bring designs to life. One of my notable projects involved designing a risk management web application, which resulted in a 20% increase in error detection. Through these experiences, I’ve honed my skills in balancing user needs with business objectives and delivering thoughtful, functional design solutions.

Tutored underserved children in school work and revision for exams. Simplified the complex school syllabus into an understandable content, while making it fun and easier to grasp for children aged 5-12yrs. Guided and shared management skills with elder children during guest-donations (stationery, meals and clothes).

Designed UI for new features of their website, desktop and mobile both. Conducted Bug-testing and reported them to developers. Worked on understanding user psychology and suggesting/designing ideas accordingly.

Designed banners, brochures and posters for their social media pages. Provided feedback on their website and suggested changes.
