𝑲𝒆𝒚 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔 - ❖ Mentor Teams Technically ❖ Ensure teams follow the coding best practices. ❖ Guide the team throughout the sprints and review the completed work along with offshore leads. ❖ Provide direction and technical expertise in design, development and testing. ❖ Solve technical problems to provide an efficient environment at offshore ❖ Support in Identifying the resource requirements and/or talent refresh ❖ Provide technical training to teams when required and serve as a technical mentor to team members
