Assisted owners of an early stage FinTech startup (Series-B funded) to tackle clutches of coordinated hacking attempts. The business was struggling with multiple defacing and data breaches leading to distrust by investors and end-users. I brought tech expertise to harden the assets, worked with developers to establish secure development practices. I helped slice and dice through the exposed surface area, worked with operators to plug-in vulnerabilities. Provided moral support to the owners, to rebuild the trust of investors and end-users. Transparency was one of the key fundamentals established to re-inforce trust. Solution Architect & DevOps Lead – oRTM Energy Trading Platform - Innogy PLC - Provided thought leadership on DevOps strategy with client and multi-vendors (7 of them) to establish mindshare in shaping development of different journeys using agile engineering ways. - Led the overall program to build DevOps toolchain pipeline in AWS on a monolithic stack (Allegro). - Architected and designed solution for building the ETRM platform from ground-up. (Allegro & Tibco). - Produced worldwide IP for building ETRM solution in multi-vendor setup (PublicisSapient, Innogy, Wipro, Allegro, Deloitte, Baringa), and managed the flow of different release streams using DevOps pipeline. Product Owner - ForwardFast - PublicisSapient Engineering Methodology - Led the engineering methodology team for ForwardFast (Multi-disciplinary agile approach for DBT).
