Architected and developed production-grade conversational AI agents using LangChain and LangGraph, implementing advanced RAG workflows to enhance response accuracy. Engineered real-time voice AI systems using LiveKit and PipeCat, integrating both STT and TTS pipelines for seamless user interaction. Built post-call analysis pipelines using Azure Cognitive Services for NLP tasks like sentiment analysis and entity extraction to derive business intelligence. Led technical evaluations of global LLM and TTS vendors, creating detailed benchmarks on performance, pricing, and integration feasibility to guide key business decisions.
