At Dikshant IAS, my role began with managing backend systems to ensure seamless functionality and stability. Balancing my work with studies, I focused on optimizing backend operations. As my responsibilities grew, I spearheaded the creation of a new user interface for their beta platform, beta.dikshantias.com, elevating the user experience and visual appeal. Currently, I am developing a recommendation system to personalize content, aiming to enhance user engagement and interaction with the platform’s resources. This role has allowed me to expand my skills in both backend management and UI development, contributing to a comprehensive, user-driven experience.

Starting as an intern, I transitioned to a permanent role at 1xSkills through dedication and consistent performance. My responsibilities focus on web development, where I handle front-end and back-end tasks, ensuring quality, efficiency, and user-centric design. Additionally, I contribute at a foundational level in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, developing an understanding of basic models and concepts to support future-focused projects. In this role, I combine technical skills with a proactive approach, enabling me to take on challenges and continuously enhance the user experience across our platforms. My journey reflects adaptability, a commitment to learning, and a steady progression from an intern to a permanent team member, embracing responsibilities and growth opportunities alike.
