Developed an end-to-end nowcast warning management system to automate warning creation, spatial processing, affected-area identification, report generation, and dissemination, replacing a multi-step manual workflow. Built GIS-enabled backend workflows and REST APIs using Python, PHP, PostgreSQL and GeoJSON, supporting polygon-based warnings and visualization of district, sub-district, highway and other geographic layers. Designed a multi-centre architecture with a unified client portal and automated API integrations, enabling independent warning management across Meteorological Centres while aggregating warnings for end users and supporting automated external dissemination.
