 Built an offline-first Cooking Application for a startup's market launch — syncing full recipe data (ingredients, steps, and timings) from Firestore on first launch and caching locally with Room, ensuring seamless usability without an internet connection on subsequent runs.  Implemented USB serial communication between the Android app and a physical cooking device, sending step-bystep instructions including temperature, mixing speed, and timed sequences.  Handled bidirectional device communication — receiving real-time cooking progress and step-completion status, and surfacing error/disconnection alerts.  Architected the application using Clean Architecture with separate data, domain, and presentation layers; used Hilt for dependency injection, Kotlin Coroutines and Flows.

 Promoted to SME in 2021 after starting as a Compliance Analyst writing product rationales for global marketplace imports.  Drove a Prime Day initiative prioritizing compliance checks on high-demand products, contributing ~$0.2M in recovered sales.  Mentored associates, led KPI reporting, and improved team quality metrics by 12% through proactive risk management.
