As an HR Intern at Outpace Consulting, I was responsible for identifying and shortlisting suitable candidates based on job requirements and qualifications. I managed end-to-end communication with candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment experience by providing timely updates and addressing queries.

As an OST intern at the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), I gained hands-on exposure to the functioning of a premier human rights body. My responsibilities included attending lectures, documenting key sessions, and understanding the legal and institutional frameworks surrounding human rights in India. As part of the internship, I participated in a group research project titled "custodial death" , and our project was awarded 3rd place among all participating groups.

Interned with MeitY Awareness and Communication Team(NeGd), actively involved in project development for key initiatives. Contributed to content creation, ensuring coherent messaging across multiple platforms. Coordinated successful events to bolster public engagement and awareness. Played a pivotal role in fostering effective communication strategies within the team. Contributed to efforts for MeitY at the GPAI Summit 2023, Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. Represented at India International Trade Fair 2023 under Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. Contributed to the Management and Making of tableaux for Republic Day event 2024, under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology purview.
