- Developed and deployed a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) chatbot to support Peepal Farm’s digital operations. - Chatbot capabilities included: • Assisting users in healing injured animals. • Adopting animals through interactive Q&A. • Helping users report and register stray animals for adoption. • Enabling users to locate nearby NGOs based on their location. - Technologies used: Python, AI/ML frameworks, NLP tools, RAG architecture. - Collaborated with a 3-member team to build, test, debug, and document the system. - Directly contributed to improving efficiency in handling queries and scaling the NGO’s outreach. - Gained hands-on experience in chatbot development, real-world problem-solving, and cross-functional teamwork.
