Led end-to-end product design for SimplAI's core platform offerings—SimplAI Studio, AI Agents, Agentic Process Automation, and Agentic RAG—enabling enterprise teams to build, deploy, and monitor intelligent AI agents and workflows with ease and trust. Focused on designing AI-native experiences that simplify complex functionality and accelerate concept-to-production in a short time span. Key successes: SimplAI Studio: Designed an intuitive low-code/no-code interface for orchestrating AI agents and chaining logic, significantly reducing build time for technical teams. AI Agents: Crafted user flows and interaction patterns to support creation of conversational agents, co-pilots, and multi-agent systems with built-in guardrails and streaming capabilities. Agentic Process Automation: Led UX for building enterprise-grade automations, including multi-step workflows with business logic, approvals, and system integrations. Agentic RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation): Designed streamlined flows to integrate enterprise knowledge sources and configure grounding strategies using 300+ prebuilt connectors. Experience Center: Introduced a guided environment to help users explore platform capabilities and start building, leading to a 3× boost in early adoption. Worked closely with product and engineering teams to deliver user-centric designs that ensure trust, clarity, and enterprise readiness across highly scalable AI deployments.

At Emiza Inc., I led the end-to-end design of digital solutions powering our warehousing and fulfillment ecosystem. I was responsible for shaping user experiences and interfaces that supported over 150+ D2C and B2B brands across industries such as beauty, personal care, fashion, electronics, appliances, home, and food & nutrition. Key contributions: -Designed and delivered the complete Warehouse Management System (WMS) to streamline operations across inventory, quality control, packing, shipping, and returns. -Built a Video Management System for operational visibility and quality assurance. -Created an intuitive Seller Dashboard enabling SMBs to manage orders, track performance, and optimize fulfillment. -Developed a comprehensive B2B warehousing platform to simplify complex logistical workflows. -Focused on crafting seamless user journeys for onboarding, fulfillment, and delivery processes, ensuring accessibility and efficiency at every step. -Partnered closely with product and engineering teams to translate logistical challenges into scalable, user-friendly digital solutions. -Through these initiatives, I contributed to Emiza’s mission of empowering SMBs with best-in-class infrastructure and technology, helping businesses scale both online and offline.
