Provided technical troubleshooting and system diagnostics for distributed data systems across AWS services including Amazon OpenSearch, Managed Streaming Kafka, Kinesis Data Analytics, Kinesis Firehose, Managed Streaming Flink, Kendra, Q Business, and AppFlow. Diagnosed and resolved complex 350+ customer issues in technical projects involving streaming pipelines, cluster health, monitoring detailed metrics using CloudWatch, indexing performance, data ingestion failures, configuration errors, and performance-related incidents while maintaining 5/5 customer rating. Replicated customer environments to perform deep root-cause analysis, reviewing system configurations, logs, and metrics to identify architectural issues, performance bottlenecks, and stability concerns. Conducted live debugging sessions with customers and completed structured technical training on Amazon OpenSearch and Amazon MSK (Kafka), developing expertise in cluster architecture, health diagnostics, indexing, and streaming data workflows with positive customer feedback. Built an Amazon Lex–based chatbot to automate troubleshooting of OpenSearch cluster health states (yellow/red) and authored internal knowledge base documentation to improve diagnostic workflows and reduce resolution time.

Completed hands-on training in Flutter and Dart, focusing on OOP principles, modular architecture, and responsive UI design for mobile application development. Built “Apprenons-le-Français”, a gamified language learning app implementing quiz logic, scoring systems, interactive exercises, and reusable UI components.
