Senior Manager within Cognizant’s Microsoft Business Group, focused on shaping enterprise Azure cloud and AI transformation opportunities from early discovery through solution definition, commercialization and delivery readiness. • Shape Azure opportunities across cloud transformation, enterprise migration, modernization, security and AI-led solutions. • Translate customer business priorities and technology estates into solution architectures, transformation roadmaps, delivery models and commercially viable proposals. • Collaborate with customers, Microsoft, sales, delivery and specialist teams across discovery, solution strategy, architecture, SOW development, effort estimation, resource planning and solution defense. • Bring hands-on delivery experience into pre-sales to help ensure proposed solutions are technically credible, commercially viable and executable by delivery teams. • Apply Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework, Azure Well-Architected Framework, governance, security and FinOps principles to enterprise transformation initiatives

Designing Solutions in Microsoft Azure as per project specifications and needs. In-depth understanding of computing, storage, backup, network components, monitoring, and DR environment requirements. Experience and understanding of large-scale applications portfolio in the enterprise-wide environment (including migration of on-premises workloads to the cloud) required. Design and implement advanced functions of Azure AD Premium including security, governance, and compliance. Drive architecture and technical discussion to lead cloud security, privacy, and compliance decisions regarding scale, performance, agility, HA/DR considerations. Deep domain expertise in cloud application development solutions (e.g., IaaS, Serverless, API Management), container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry), continuous integration technologies (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins), web application server technologies, cloud application design, software architecture. Deep domain expertise of practices (design/development/deployment, Agile, SCRUM, ALM), breadth of technical experience, and technical aptitude to learn and adjust to new technologies and cloud trends required. Configure and manage customer Azure cloud environment. Ability to analyze systems and identify problems migrating to Azure cloud. SPOC for all Rackspace resources assigned to this project. Work with clients to ensure smooth and successful implementation, delivery, and deployment of complex solutions.
