As a development mentor with GDG CUJ, I have the rewarding role of guiding and supporting aspiring developers on their learning journeys. I work closely with students, helping them understand complex programming concepts, improve their coding skills, and apply best practices in real-world projects. My role involves organizing workshops, sharing resources, and providing mentorship to help them grow as confident and capable developers. This experience has also enhanced my own skills, as I constantly learn from mentoring others and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies to provide relevant and impactful guidance.
