Implemented multi-step approval workflows via dynamic forms, streamlining tool access requests and improving process efficiency and client productivity by reducing approval cycle time. Optimised front-end performance by refactoring legacy components, reducing load times by 20 %, and resolving critical UI/UX defects, resulting in higher application stability and improved end-user experience. Maintained and enhanced core codebases by enforcing clean coding practices, modular architecture, and reusable components for long-term scalability.
